HERE IS HOW our SERVICE WORKS
1: Please drop us a line via phone call, text or email and we will arrange for our driver to drop off a welcome package directly to your door.* This will include your very own reusable laundry bag with personalized tag, a door hanger, an info flyer which will tell you your scheduled pick up day, and an order form (which you will need you to fill out completely so we can set you up in our system).
And don't forget you will receive $15 of FREE cleaning with your first order!

2: Simply fill the bag with the items you want to send to us for cleaning. Attach notes to any items that need special attention, like stains that might need to be pretreated, buttons that need replacement or tightening, etc. Please don't forget to include the completed order form with your bag, we need this to enter your items into our system and make sure they are safely returned to you. You can also call us BEFORE your scheduled pick up day, and we can take your information, and set you up in our system, over the phone at 416-429-5411.
3: Place the bag (with your completed form inside, if applicable) on your front porch or with your concierge by 7:30 a.m. on your scheduled pick up day. We will come to your neighborhood to pick up your bag, and will come every week on your scheduled pick up day to check for your cleaning. Don't worry if you don't have cleaning every week, it's no problem!
4: We will deliver your clean clothes directly to your door the NEXT day between 3:00-6:00 p.m. Please remember to hook that door hanger we provided over your door, so we can hang your clothes up and keep them as fresh and unwrinkled as possible! We can also arrange delivery to your back door or garage if your prefer, please call us for details.
5: On the 15th and last day of each month we will bill your credit card only for the dry cleaning you sent in to us. We promise you will never see any pick up or delivery charges. We will deliver a statement monthly to show what was charged to your account.
